Summary: The location of the house was perfect close to the 99 and 41. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the kitchen did not have any seasoning, foil/wrap, storage containers. We stayed for 2 weeks and wish these things were available. Great property if you are staying a few days.

Summary: The property was roomy and very clean on arrival. There were plenty of rooms for the seven adults in my party. The owner communicated well and check in with seamless. The only drawback was the water pressure in the en suite shower. Be forewarned. It only comes out in a trickle. Perhaps it’s just changing out an O-ring. Other than that it’s all positive.

Summary: We were sent to a different property in Clovis but ended up with a pretty nice rental. The place was pretty clean. The only thing was that there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and mold in the coffee maker when we arrived. There was also road closures leading to the house which made it difficult to get to. It would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Clovis itself was nice and the stay was great.
