Are you looking for a vacation rental off the beaten path, yet close to the action? Look no further than the home at 21401 West Lane in Rehoboth Beach! This beach house is located at the end of Mulberry Knoll Road, off of Route 24. No detail has been missed, as the owners seek to help make your vacation memorable. Outside, the large deck is a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the water view, which can be seen across West Lane near the community docks. Plus, the driveway has space for guests to bring and park a boat to use in the local waterways during their stay! Inside, the home is open and spacious with a total of four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. On the first floor, in addition to the living room, kitchen, and dining spaces, there are three bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms. Upstairs, guests will find the fourth bedroom: a primary bedroom with an en-suite. Extra living space is also located on the second floor, with a furnished loft area located outside the bedroom. Just a short drive from the area's top restaurants, beaches, night life, and shopping, what more could you ask for in a rental than everything at 21401 West Lane?
Boaters welcome! Around the corner from this rental home is an unimproved boat ramp, located in a state-maintained wildlife area. Boats over 22" in length will not be able to access the ramp, as it sits in a shallow cove area (see photo included in listing). Tenants are not permitted access to the community pier or the private pier beside the home. These piers are private property, and are NOT included in this rental.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $230.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

Summary: The house was not cleaned before arrival and a handyman needed to come out to repair a broken step and burnt out lightbulbs throughout the entire house. There was 3 days of pylons being put in the ground directly next door that I had asked about construction previously and was told not to worry it was not happening u til later in the season. This was very frustrating as I paid for vacation and construction doesn’t just happen spontaneously. I will be reaching out again about the above. The house itself is nice and in a great location for my family specifically but if you’re looking to walk into a clean house that likely will not happen. I spent the whole first day cleaning which I don’t think k anyone wants to do on vacation. The construction had the whole house up early as the entire house shook with every pylon that was drilled into the ground. I would have never chosen the location if the construction was disclosed which it was not. I also feel like I got alot of runaround and excuses from the agent handling the property. The story changed every other conversation. As a first time Vrbo user I am pretty disappointed with the experience. Spent a lot of money for a quiet secluded location that was advertised and that is NOT what we got.

Summary: We absolutely loved this house and property. The layout and rooms were perfect for our family, living space was great, kitchen was well equipped, deck & porch were great, views were amazing. The only thing we didn't love was the distance/access to the beaches and the traffic to get anywhere.

Summary: If you want a peaceful location and away from the crowds this is your place! 15 min to Rehobeth and Lewes. We enjoyed all the porches and the open concert downstairs. Plenty of room for all! The dogs had an awesome time too! The yard was great! We used the linen service and it was awesome too! Can’t wait to go back!

Summary: The house was the perfect size for our family of four plus 2 dogs. The location was perfect - tucked back in the quiet marsh but only a few minutes to shopping and beaches. My husband loved that we could keep the boat on the property and there is a public boat ramp not even 1/2 mile away. The house was clean and the kitchen was well-appointed. People have mentioned the blue house going up next door- you still have amazing water views even with the newer homes being built nearby. Beautiful! Would stay again!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house and had plenty of room for 5 people and two dogs. It's in the back of a neighborhood by the water, so very quiet. The screened-in porch was the crown jewel.
