Summary: The condo is absolutely beautiful and clean! The location is perfect even though there’s no direct view of the beach. The host was gracious and communicated well. The only drawback which was huge for me is the noise upstairs. The ceiling is thin and we heard every stump, jump, and footsteps. They had small children upstairs so it was very loud and disturbing. This is an uncontrollable for the host but something to take into consideration if you’re sensitive to noise or have pets/small children.

Summary: We had a really nice time at the condo. The accommodations were just like in the pictures. Check in was easy. Loved the quick walk to the beach, it was not crowded. My girls loved walking to the coffee shop with tasty homemade cinnamon rolls and chocolate banana bread. Shopping was close by. Ate a wonderful seafood dinner out. Also a walk to the ice cream parlor. Beyond the control of the property owner, but we were surrounded by college spring breakers.
