Summary: Definitely better than the available motels in the area. House was clean although there are some items that should be addressed. Shower Hot/cold mixer valve not working properly, chair at table feels like it’s ready to break. Garbage outside was already half full so we had to cram ours into it, blinds need replaced for privacy as they had some sections missing in the bedroom and water constantly dripped in the guest shower bathroom, not a big deal but became annoying at night when sleeping and they outside yard and patio could use some attention. Inside amenities were all clean and plenty of space to hang out. Nice to come back to at the end of the day. For the price and location we would definitely stay again

Summary: Circleville is quite small, but it was where we needed to stop for the night. There was a small but adequate grocery store. We definitely recommend Butch Cassidy restaurant. The house was clean and well equipped. we were pleased that it lived up to the listing

Summary: Great location to stay at if you want to enjoy the outdoors. Otter Creek and Piute Reservoir are close by for fishing. Piute trails are a short drive away and great for ATV's/OHV's. House is comfortable with lots of seating around the tv to relax after the day's activities. Comfortable beds with lots of blankets and pillows for sleep. Well stocked kitchen. Fire ring in the backyard to enjoy during the evenings and see all the stars.
