Summary: We had a family reunion of 41 people, renting Hickory(both sides) and Beachside houses which is very short walk down the hill. The hill is a little steep but those with difficult drove back and forth to each house. Plenty of dishes/ serving ware for a normal size group staying. very clean! The house was nicely laid out, however the bedroom on the top floor is really a loft as it doesn't have a door to close and there are no window coverings on the sliding glass doors which may be still coming since it was only just available for rent. With even the very few negatives, we would rent here again. There were many activities in the resort and surrounding area.
