Positive: Almost everything! We absolutely loved it. The screen porch was the reason we chose this and it didn’t disappoint. Large and wonderful with the views and the fans to make it more comfortable. Loved the shower, shampoo dispenser, it was great. Beds were comfortable. Loved the extras, cooler and beach chairs and washing machine and dryer. (Would have LOVED a portable gazebo or tent for the beach. Many were lacking in shade.) It was quiet with no worries from neighbors. Not sure if anyone was staying above or in the same complex but didn’t notice either way. Like everyone says the roads are nuts but you get used to it and don’t forget they drive on the left! Also amazing sunsets.

Negative: Not much. Would have appreciated a dust pan to help clean up the sand and extra ac for living room.

Positive: The apartment is spacious and felt very open with a beautiful view. The apartment felt inviting, It’s in a great location close to the ferry and the local grocery store. There was great communication with the owners and responded quickly.

Negative: Everything was just right.

Summary: A lovely place to stay equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We just loved it!

Positive: Location gave great views of the bay and some surrounding islands. Nice sunsets and a frequent visitor, green iguana, in the surrounding vegetation. We even named him Iggy, as we saw him every day from the screened in porch.

Negative: To get the wonderful views, of course the access roads were a small challenge. But renting a Jeep with 4WD was a must.

Summary: We both felt so satisfied and grateful for a great experience equal to, or surpassing expectionions

Positive: We loved everything. Fantastic views, well appointed unit, has a washer dryer and there are a lot of little extras such as beach towels, chairs and a cooler

Negative: if you are not used to driving the roads in St. John, it's a bit scary to drive up here. However, the unit itself has designated parking spots if you do drive (we used taxis).

Summary: Wonderful stay, would go back in a heartbeat.

Positive: We were given a keypad code and the keys were inside. Simple and easy to use. The host went above and beyond as we had access to beach chairs, cooler bag, bug spray, sunscreen, toiletry items, coffee pods. The listing didn't mention a washer and dryer but they were great to use to get the sweet and salt water off our cloths before going to our next island. Great shower!
