Positive: Facility was clean and comfortable. Despite issues with payment process guest services did their best to accommodate me as best as possible.

Negative: Booking.com/ Hotel (virtual payment) policy. Had the guest waiting to receive a room almost two hours...to add problem still did not get resolved .... use a different method to acquire a room.

Positive: Although painting and renovation on our floor, the building and staff were nice. Breakfast was usual Hampton fare, and was good. Accessible room was roomy and appears recently renovated. Plenty of grab bars in tub. Great location for Atlantic City and Brigantine. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful, and put a stop to the rap music blasting above us the first evening.

Negative: We were on 2nd floor, and it was very noisy from the room above on the third floor. Never experienced this at another Hampton. Squeaking and wood creaking sounds with every step they took up there, and children running. Asked twice for phone repair, without action being taken.

Summary: Nice, but very noisy room.

Positive: Nice property. Very healthy, high quality break fast served. Room interiors look renovated.

Negative: Undergoing renovation. Heavy paint smell in the room when we checked in on Friday. No moisturizer, a bottle of hair conditioner was placed next to the bathroom sink (instead of moisturizer or hand soap). When asked at front desk, was informed that they ran out of moisturizer.
