Positive: Location and communal BBQ pit and fire pit!

Negative: The hot tub area does not look appealing. Room 30 needs a new toaster and some better cookware (also needs a spatula). VERY poor water pressure in that particular cabin, especially at the kitchen sink.

Positive: We loved having our own separate cabin and the jetted tub was amazing! It was within walking distance for food and shopping. The front desk receptionist was amazing when we checked in.

Negative: The only complaint is the bed was not very comfy. One side felt like it would slope downward. We couldn't get a good night sleep. My boyfriend could hardly sleep while we were there and we would wake up with sore backs.

Negative: The location was very nice and the property itself has potential, but unfortunately the cabin was not what I expected. It was much smaller than described on the website and really not comfortable for four guests. The fridge was also tiny—barely big enough to hold a few essentials, which made our stay less convenient. Even though the room was ready when I arrived, I was charged an extra $30 for early check-in. I asked if it was possible to pay for an upgrade, but was told no—simply because I had booked through Booking.com. That policy didn’t make sense and felt inflexible. During check-in, there were two staff members. One was new and in training—she was very kind and professional. However, the younger woman assisting her was rude and unaccommodating, both in how she spoke and how she handled the situation. It created a negative first impression that stayed with me. In summary, while the setting was great, the cabin and customer service didn’t live up to expectations. I hope the management takes steps to improve communication and be more transparent with room descriptions.
