3bdrm/2.5 bath home that is only a few years old. The house is in excellent condition.
This is a fully furnished monthly rental. It has all the furniture, linens and dishes you may need....:) Located in the beautiful Cannery. Access to the clubhouse and heated swimming pool may be available upon request for long term stays only. Nugget Shopping center is less than a mile away, 10 min bike ride to UC Davis, quick walk to UCD bus stop.
Each bedroom has a queen bed. We can also add twin beds in each room for a total of 6 beds. The house comfortably sleeps 6. Rental rate is based on 3 person occupancy. Extra fees may apply for larger groups.
Pets may be allowed with an extra fee. No smoking on the property.

Summary: We had a nice few days at this rental while moving our daughter between apartments. The communication with the host was excellent and the place was clean and comfortable and super close to her two apartments. It was nice to have a place to eat and spend time while we were waiting to be able to move into the new place. The garage also came in handy when we filled up the U-Haul :).
