Positive: Ray & Loren were very pleasant & accommodating. Breakfast was as advertised & plentiful. Room was cosy and as advertised.

Negative: Nothing really, we needed B&B for 2 nights on a budget, Hethersett Lodge met our needs.

Positive: Our room was very spacious with a great outlook on two aspects. The king size bed was very comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. Ray provided fresh organic milk for our teas and coffee in the room. We were not disturbed by any noise at all. Breakfast was in a family kitchen with a very welcoming atmosphere and Loren was kind enough to give us fresh apple and figs from the garden.

Summary: Nothing was too much trouble and Ray and Loren kindly sent on hearing aids we had left
