Positive: The location is unbeatable. It’s cute as a button and well-appointed, quiet too. Lots of cups and glasses. Comfy bed. Good shower.

Negative: The loo is downstairs while the bedroom is upstairs.

Positive: Fantastic location in the beautiful town of Haarlem super central to everything. Nice, comfortable space. Good communication. We were able to arrange a slightly later check out. Great cafes, bakeries and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Jumbo is just around the corner. Highly recommend as a place to stay in Haarlem. Train station is easy walking distance.

Negative: The bathroom needs better ventilation and /or a door that closes. We would have liked to use the terrace roof space but we were there during a heat wave so it was just too hot - an umbrella for shade would have been good.

Negative: The only one thing that we did not like is that the toilet is on the first floor and the bedroom on the third: it's a bit of an ordeal to use the toilet in the middle of the night.
