Hershey Adventure Awaits! Hang out and relax in the awesome outdoor space featuring a large private saltwater inground pool available May-September, plenty of outdoor seating options, sunroom, and large fenced in backyard which is perfect for yard games. And when the weather changes or it is dark outside, move down to the recently added lower level game room and second living room. This newly remodeled 2,800 sq ft ranch home comfortable accommodates 12 people in 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining areas have seating for all.
The maximum occupancy for Hershey Adventure is 12 people.
The outdoor pool is saltwater and ranges from 3 feet deep to 8 feet deep. It will be available from May through September (weather permitting). The outdoor seating areas will be available April through October. The large fenced in yard is perfect for yard games such as cornhole and Kan Jam.
The newly added lower level game room consists of a pool table with ping pong top, shuffleboard, foosball, skee-ball and air hockey tables. There is a second living room perfect for watching movies or games on the 75 inch smart TV along with board games, card games and books too. There is also a separate office and reading nook on this level.
The main level living room has a 65 inch smart TV and comfortable seating. The Park bedroom has a seating area which includes a 55 inch smart TV, foosball coffee table, and Nintendo Wii gaming system with rockband.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a large variety of pots and pans, dishware, coffee pot and keurig (k-cups & coffee not provided), toaster, waffle maker, electric griddle, crockpot, and blender.
Each bedroom has its own TV and linens are included. You will need to bring your own towels (bath & pool) but bed linens are provided. Towels can be rented for an additional $125.
Other amenities include wifi, central AC and ceiling fans, clothes washer and dryer, hair dryers, and clothes iron. You will need to bring your own toiletries, food and beverages.

Summary: We chose this area as a meeting point to surprise my sister for her 50th Birthday. The house was very clean and spacious and it was wonderful to come back from a chilly night at Hershey Park (only 15 minutes away) and keep the festivities going with the basement game room. Summary: From booking to check out, the communication with the owners was fantastic! The house was as described and very clean. It accommodated our party of 6 perfectly. The game room was a huge hit and lots of fun. The house was a short drive away from Hershey Park and the outlets, which was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Summary: WOW!! Trevor + Heidi are the most wonderful hosts!! Excellent communication, such a beautiful and CLEAN home!! We absolutely loved our stay. The kids had a blast with the wii, board games, yard games, and even went in their gorgeous pool! The house is even more wonderful in person. They have everything you need!!!! We can’t wait to return.

Summary: Celebrating a sweet 16, and also had concert tickets at Hershey Arena. Thoroughly enjoyed the immaculate house. Room to spread out. 4 teen girls were able to have their own room with bunk beds, bathroom and TV with variety of games. The pool was beautiful stocked with floats and outdoor lawn games. We were close to fast food/shopping if needed. Quiet area. 10 mins or so to Hershey Park, super convenient. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend! Hosts were accessible, friendly and accommodating .

The house is clean with an ideal layout for a big family multiple families with kids. There's a great 3 season room and a big outdoor.spaceto stretch and relax after a long day at the parks nearby.
