Summary: This place was perfect for all of our needs- the beds were comfy, the kitchen is very well stocked, plenty of towels, toilet paper and bedding. Kitchen has a few coffee pots, blender, crock pot, etc. There were also fans and heaters in each closets if needed. The AC works great, very spacious and great for groups. We had 9. The kitchen was great since we had a LOT of food. The extra fridge on the porch was perfect also for extras. The walk to the river is just a few minutes walk and the beach/river area gave us the fun we needed and our own space. Definitely going back!
