Summary: When I checked in they were unaware of my reservation. I was then given a nice room - but once I had unpacked I was moved to a different room that had no lake view and was not as described.

Summary: In a very quiet area, clean, equipped with hairdryer drinking bottle water provided every day, but no tea/ coffee facilities in room. The bathroom is ok but a little licks of water. Wonderful service staff members couldn’t do enough for you always with great smile. Will definitely go back again
