Summary: I enjoyed the pool very much. However, I was quite disappointed that the website did not disclose that the steam room is currently not operational, as that was actually the amenity we needed most.

Summary: The best place to unwind after all the sightseeing in Jerusalem! And only a 30 minute drive to Masada, which is one on the most beautiful and historic places on earth. The buffet dinner here is the best I have ever had. Get a jacuzzi room and watch the sunset. The beach is a one minute walk from the hotel. Stay here for the experience of a lifetime!!

Summary: We booked the president suite Which is a lot more expensive than any other room or suite Big disappointment from the suite Air conditioning did not work when we arrived It was fiz after two hours And after fixed it was very very noisy The dead sea is extremely hot weather you expect the air condition to be perfect. They did not renew water or fruits as promised. The other part of hotel services were good spa food swimming pool.
