En la planta altaencontramos 3 (tres) dormitorios. La habitación principal tiene cama matrimonial con vista alas montañas y salida a un balcón. En la planta alta hay un baño completo con bañera en tanto que en la planta baja se encuentra otro baño sin ducha.En todos los ambientes hay calefacción por caldera y radiadores, y ventanales con vista al parque y las montañas.
