Summary: Great little motel. Rooms are spacious, well organized with plugs in the right places for medical equipment and electronics. Ended up staying an extra night. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Room was very spacious and comfortable. Usually I have to move furniture to get at electrical outlets, but Heritage had them in the right places, by the table for computer, by the bed for CPAP, etc. Ended up having to stay an extra night. Recommend.

Summary: Room itself is fine. Beds aren’t comfortable. Owner or whoever she is, is extremely rude. We showed up a half hour early to grab our room key and leave for the evening. She confronted me about being there. There’s no check in process, they just call and tell you the room is unlocked with the key inside. Complained because I turned the ac on in the room. Apparently they have a requirement that ac is to stay at 70. She then went into our room and turned it off, then the following day went back in (while we weren’t there) and turned it back to 70. IT WASN’T EVEN ON WHILE WE WERE GONE!!!! Lady is very unprofessional! I can only imagine what else they do in rooms while people are not present!!!

Summary: Motel is aged but in a nice location. We had insects in our room, wi-fi would not connect to internet and this morning there was no hot water in the showere or sink.

Summary: Booked a room here for a weekend in Cooperstown. Was looking for a no frills spot for a place to sleep for 2 nights, but this was a little too "no frills" Check in was a phone call telling me what room I was assigned to and they left the door open with the key inside. There was no staff on site and the store in front was not open (this was at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon). I tried calling the phone number listed on the website, but no luck. The internet was not working and in reading other reviews, it seems like this may have been the case for awhile. The room itself was clean and comfortable and what I was expecting from the photos. But I would probably not stay here again unless there was some indication they were attending to their guests with more than just a phone call
