Positive: A well equipped, spacious cottage with a lovely garden. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife in the garden. The actual cottage is a lot nicer than the photos. The bed was comfortable and shower good. An ideal location for touring the area.

Positive: It’s so peaceful, loved listening to the birds. We saw a deer in the garden a couple of times, the Cottage is clean and well kept would recommend a visit to Sandringham and walks in Shouldham Warren, we will be back xx

Positive: Beautiful spacious well furnished comfortable and cosy property well equipped with comfortable beds and cosy wood burner. The property is in an excellent location in a beautiful forest perfect for dog walking but also close to the coast so you can really have the best of both worlds perfect for anyone wishing to escape the city for a peaceful retreat. We had a fabulous break
Negative: For us would have been better to have an enclosed garden for our adventurous/ crazy dog that’s just him! but can understand why the garden is left open so you can appreciate forest

Positive: everyhting was perfect, forest, quite, church and pub bowl club have sunday lunch as we didnt use my dog was good as gold love being in the garden and the cottage was perfect as we all enjoyed the stayed
Negative: children said wifi was slow but didnt bother me as just want to be relax and enjoy step at the front door was awarkard as i fell but otherwise it how the building are. nothing to say likewise everything was there for us. oh was one thing we did trip over the water manhole the round shape and that only at night so maybe something to protect.

Positive: The whole house has a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. The fire is a very inviting romantic feature. Beautiful view from the window each side into the garden and surrounding woods. We saw deer from the front window. Kitchen and bathroom well appointed, very clean and comfortable.
Negative: No washing machine.might be an issue for some. WiFi and TV signal was not the best.

Positive: Beautiful, peaceful location in a small forest area. The property itself was a lovely old cottage but recently refurbished to an excellent standard. Great facilities. Friendly, helpful host.
Negative: Nothing of any significance. Just the odd little thing, like the only lamp in the living room not working, the too small (in my opinion) tv and the amount of pesky flies in the area but obviously nothing that the owners can do about them! Fly spray was provided! Didn’t detract from the experience at all, I just like to give honest, genuine reviews that I hope people find useful.
Summary: A beautiful, secluded cottage in a lovely location, ideal for a break to get away from things. Highly recommended.
