Positive: Hepnarova Bouda is located directly on a mountain trail in a picturesque village, away from the main buildings, but still close enough to make it worthwhile to walk to the local brewery in the evenings. The hosts, a young couple, were very kind and helpful upon check-in. They were happy to communicate in English. The breakfasts served were prepared every morning and were varied enough to provide a good basis for mountain trips.

Negative: The attic room I occupied alone was designed for three people. However, I think it might be too small for them. If I were the owners, I would also consider replacing the towels with the kind you find in hotels. The ones waiting for me in the room, though freshly laundered, were more like those I used to use when visiting relatives as a child.

Positive: Hepnavora Bouda is a definite, hospital and clean place to stay in. The two hosts and their dog were friendly, warmly and hospital. The cosy room had a private bathroom and the beds were equipped with comfortable mattresses. We did not choose dinner, but enjoyed good local beer and had a nice chat with the hosts in the evening. The breakfast was tasty and a superb homemade marmalade was served. The location of the Bouda outside the village guarantees' a restful stay.
