Positive: The authenticity of the building, design and atmosphere.

Negative: Some days breakfast is not fresh. Cleaning staff made too much noise outside the rooms, even though the sign “Not to disturb” was exposed. Ms. Sotbekova was impolite and behaved unprofessionally.

Positive: This is an excellent hotel. Lovely art-deco feel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. It feels like a home-from-home because the bar/lounge/dining room is so comfortable. They even provide snacks in the evening. It's absolutely lovely.

Positive: The room was enormous with a huge bed. We even had a balcony. Definitely recommend staying here if you love the 20s and 30s style

Negative: Absolutely nothing. The breakfast was gorgeous. The croissants were the nicest I’ve tasted in a while.
