Summary: This was our favorite VRBO stay yet! The host Matt was so responsive and made the entire rental process from questions, to directions, to check in and our stay easy and comfortable. The cabin is beautiful! Not only was it clean and well decorated, it was stocked with everything you could ever need to cook and BBQ. The beds were super comfortable and the showers had plenty of hot water for our cold weather stay. But our favorite part was the outdoors. Nestled way back in the mountains, it gave our family plenty of privacy and lots of room to explore. Our 3 boys loved spending time down by the creek and hiking in the woods with our dog. Matt gave us a list of terrific waterfall hikes to try and other activities in the area that were perfect for our family. We went snow tubing, skiing, hiking, enjoyed the local restaurants in Maggie Valley, relaxed by the wood burning stove with movies, and had the best quality time as a family. We were also grateful for the use of the Washer/Dryer since our boys get dirty exploring! We cannot wait to come back in summer or fall to see the mountains again and explore some new places. But this property was exactly what was marketed and more! I highly recommend!!!

Summary: Overall our stay was great (5 stars). The house/property was exactly as seen/described on the vrbo listing site and was exactly what our family hoped for/needed. For the novice the road back to the house could initially be a little unnerving, for us it just added to the adventure and experience.

Summary: This cabin was wonderful and we had a fantastic time. It is just a little challenging to get to, but other than that, it is one you will not want to leave. Beautiful setting, beautiful, clean cabin that is very well appointed, it is an absolutely perfect place for anyone who just wants to settle in for a few days of peace and serenity and to enjoy the beauty of the natural surroundings.

Summary: Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. We ended up with some car troubles on the way and got in much later than expected after dark. Matt met us at the beginning of the road to the cabin to personally escort us there. Talk about VIP service😊 The cabin is in such a peaceful area in the middle of nature. Everything about the cabin was so well thought out for comfort and convenience. when we ordered from Amazon and the packages made it to the wrong spot, Scott personally delivered them to us. I can’t say enough good things about the house, the location, and MVP hosts. We made some great family memories there and I would highly recommend to anyone. It’s a beautiful area with lots to see and do. We didn’t want to leave.!

Summary: This property was fantastic as a base for exploring the mountains of North Carolina. Proximity to the national park and the Blue Ridge Parkway was great. The creek running along the backside of the cabin was a great place to explore and was really nice to just listen to. The WiFi worked well despite the cabin being relatively remote. Directions to the property were accurate, and we had no difficulty finding it. My family and I loved our time spent at this property!
