Positive: Very clean. Loved that there was laundry and accessories. Location was good.. great kitchen and accessories. Beds were ok. Futon was not comfortable. More seating in front room would have been nice.

Negative: No handsoap in master bath.

Positive: Great place and layout. I appreciate the small town area and quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean and love the kitchen spices that visitors leave for others. The property functioned just like a home should. Great place. We will be visiting family in the area often and will be back.

Positive: Clean!!! Very well kept house with nice sheets and towels. Quiet location, centrally located. Will rent again this summer if available.

Negative: The furniture in the kitchen and living room were not comfortable and could use a refresh. It was a very clean home so I don’t want to take anything away from the care that is put into the home. Nonetheless it is a “home” and could use a decorators touch to make a bit more comfortable. Lighting and furnishings would help. But we loved the home.
