Positive: Had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room for 4 of us! Helen helpful and able to get In touch with a response right away. In a perfect place for us to visit family. Will most definitely book again. Thanks Helen.

Negative: Not Helen's or really the apartments fault but the lady downstairs was a bit noisy both mornings. Could hear her coughing extremely loudly from 6am. Was very strange. My husband heard her the 1st morning (I didn't) and it was the other way round the next again morning.

Positive: It was exactly what we needed! We were in Preston as I had a sporting competition on the Sunday and we wanted somewhere where our daughter could go to bed before us; which isn't really possible in a hotel. I also wanted to be able to get up and have some quiet time in the morning before the competition to prepare for the day ahead. The apartment was so cute! We really didn't need more. Whilst the kitchen was basic it did us perfectly as we only needed to prepare breakfast and make coffees. We ordered pizza the night before and the delivery person was able to find it easily.

Negative: I have absolutely nothing negative to report.
