Positive: Great comms lovely clean apartment with a nice homely feel and amazing comfy bed - right in centre of town but when inside could have been in a country boutique hotel Received a complimentary upgrade which was very much appreciated

Negative: No complaints whatsoever

Summary: Wonderful NYE stay close to all amenities and extremely comfortable abd well appointed accommodation

Positive: comfortable high-quality hotel standard room, with generous en-suite, and also a small but useful kitchen area with kettle, fridge and microwave

Negative: check-in was initially confusing: the keypad on the front door is a bit of a puzzle: there's a helpful sign (which I eventually noticed) explaining you have to put your whole hand over the keypad to make the backlit numbers shine on - I suggest you put that detail in the text message. But it all worked fine in the end.

Negative: It was a little too warm for me even though radiators were not on. I couldn't find any other mechanism to adjust temperature within the apartment.
