Positive: Breakfast and dinner were good. The rooms are large.
Negative: Rooms not ready at checkin as guest befiore had a late checkout. Unfriendly lady at the reception. Pool max 1,35 deep. Terrasse full ob beas. Room with river view showed stairs… later we got another room. 100 euros not booked as guarantee but booked from acount. At checkout needed to pay full bill including dog and parking to get later already paid money back. One room refinded after an hour. Second room and extras not yet refunded after 48 hours.
Summary: Very disappointed by staff and procedures besides restaurant staff was helpful.

Positive: The staff. The ferry is a very nice way to get downtown.
Negative: The location is a little far, but you can’t do much about that. :)
Summary: A little comfort in a heat wave but the AC was still weak. Had to move hotels.
