Positive: Good location with good transport links. Was nice to be in quieter residential area than a busy city centre hotel. Very spacious and comfortable and a very well stocked kitchen. Description is very accurate and would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Good location with good transport links - close enough to the city centre to enjoy, but a bit quieter in a residential area. Very spacious and comfortable and a very well stocked kitchen. Description is very accurate, and would definitely stay here again if travelling back to Manchester.

Negative: It wasn't a problem for us, but the staircases are very steep and narrow, may not be suitable if you have any mobility issues.

Positive: Location was excellent with great access to bus/tram/supermarkets.

Negative: We had a lovely stay overall. The property was comfortable and well-equipped, but it would have benefited from a downstairs toilet, especially considering my elderly parents and the steep staircase. That said, this didn’t significantly impact our experience, and we still thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
