Guest with Pets, PLEASE READ:
We allow up to 3 pets per booking. We do charge a deep cleaning fee at the day of your check-in through the resolution center. It's a flat fee of $150. Pets are NOT allowed on furnitures. Pets are not allowed to pee/poop on the turf in the backyard. We will charge you extra if we see any feces in the yard or stain/odor on furnitures. When you do walk your dog, please be respectful of the beautiful neighborhood and pick up after your little furry ones!

Summary: This site is ALL and more than is advertised! Clean, spacious, and full of amenities! The pool was spectacular. With a swim up bar and umbrella to cover when needed. Kitchen was very well stocked with even spices necessary!Would highly recommend!

Summary: Loved this destination! Perfect for anyone traveling with kids or infants. We have a large family and this was the spot, so much to do we barely had to leave the home. Host was awesome as well - hope to come back someday. Highly recommend

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this property while visiting the Melbourne area with our two pets. The property was clean, as described, and made our extended weekend like home. our dogs loved the yard, and proximity to the beach. Location was great, in a very nice neighborhood. The hot tub an bicycles are great additions. We used the hot tub each evening after the days events. There were six adults for this visit, and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Well stocked kitchen, and appliances are new. Hope to visit the area again, and will definitely seek this property out when doing so.KenMyrtle Beach, SC
