Summary: Do yourself a favor and stay at this house. It is very comfortable and cozy. The home was very clean, both inside and out. My friends and I were very happy to stay at this rental. There is plenty of space and fun things to do. The pool area was comfortable and relaxing, the mountain views were very nice. The house isvery tastefully decorated. I know you don't think this matters, but it does help to make your feel at home. The owners were fantastic, even calling ahead to explain things and to make sure we had her phone number in case we needed anything. I would most definitely stay here again without hesitation. Summary: In October last year we found a piece of paradise on earth. Our stay was so unbelievably pleasant that we decided to do it again. The house is adorable, the location is perfect, and the home is equipped with everything we needed. The owners are very special people, attentive to every detail making our visit extremely comfortable. If you want to find peace of mind, I’d highly recommend this property. Summary: We escaped the Minnesota cold for the Arizona sun, and were not disappointed in our stay. The weather cooperated and we were able to spend 5 days pool side at this beautiful home. The house had everything for our kids to swim and play, the kitchen provided tools for all meals on the welcoming patio, and beds were a comfortable rest at the end of a packed day. The views in the back yard were stunning and the location of the hiking trail was a wonderful bonus. The hosts were incredibly responsive to our needs. We hope to be back!

Summary: Our family had an exceptional stay for our Springbreak. This property is well fitted, with lots of towels/linens, pool toys, serving & cook ware. We really enjoyed the easy access to the South Mountain trails and the airport. Highly recommend this property to families looking to enjoy each others company.

Summary: We had a great stay here - house was super clean, pool was wonderful, quiet neighborhood with beautiful bird sounds which were so nice to hear, very nice covered area in back yard with couch and comfortable chairs and also table for 6 where we enjoyed eating most meals. Backs up to the mountains and one hiking trail starts behind a neighbor's house which was very convenient - and there was no significant pedestrian traffic from the trails, which was also nice. Kitchen had everything we needed and more, lots of inflatable pool toys and rafts, even a big tree in the front yard providing shade to park in the driveway. Host was also super communicative and responsive and kind! Could not have hoped for a better stay.

Summary: The property was close to many attractions and made it easy to attend spring training games and also other great spots. We hiked near the home and the kids loved having the pool to play in each evening. The owners were fantastic and provided great information and were very responsive to questions.

Summary: I’ve stayed at many rental homes/condos in the Phoenix area. This is best place I’ve stayed yet. Such a quiet relaxing setting. Very close to hiking trails and nature. Well stocked home and very comfortable. Very safe area as well. I also appreciated the extra personable touch of calling ahead of time and giving recommendations for our visit. Summary: I brought my daughters and their friend. We loved the heated pool, and played in it morning, noon and night. In between pool times, we hiked out back and found all sorts of fun things to do within a 15-20 minute radius. The place was stocked with everything you could need during your stay. I loved how clean the house was. A great place to stay.

Summary: This place is awesome. Nature and hiking in your back yard. This house is fully stocked and had everything you could need. Hosts are some of the best I've had. Very friendly and responsive. Pool is warm and good for any weather, kids loved it. Beds were fantastic and comfy. Location is perfect, neighborhood is safe and centrally located.
