Positive: The condo is immaculate and has everything you need if you actually feel like cooking😊 Everything from the plates, coffee mugs, utensils, silverware, and washer and dryer were perfectly clean and organized. The view is spectacular and the location is wonderful for restaurants and just a couple steps to the beach. The owners are responsive and communication was excellent.
Negative: The only thing I would change is the missing linen service. For that kind of money I do not want to have to strip sheets, wash and dry them - and towels -and take them back home.

Positive: The condo was lovely and so clean! Paul was in contact with me prior to our stay with all needed information. Due to my crazy busy life and arriving later than planned i did not read the binder upon our arrival and we left to get dinner and do some shopping. I did not see the instructions to take the key. I ended up calling Paul late that night because we were locked out of the building. He was so helpful, kind, and gracious to us. I will definitely stay here again. We loved it!!
Negative: Nothing. Absolutely loved everything.
Summary: By far the best OC condo I have ever stayed at. I have been coming to OC MD for over 30years.
