Negative: No check-in information provided before my arrival, slow response rate. No coffee, very limited cooking utensils. Super soft mattresses.

Negative: kitchen appliances could have been a little cleaner, fingerprints on appliances and could have dusted furniture tops. It was the perfect place for our stay andd was very comfortable. We will definetly book our next stay in Vancouver at this location. Far better than a hotel!!!
