Summary: I stayed for a month for school. The apartment was ideally located and had everything I needed except a washing machine which was my fault for not reviewing properly. However the laundromat close by was clean, convient and easy. I had 2 problems of locking myself out, that were entirely my fault and Stephanie responded immediately. I would recommend and Stephanie Merci Beaucoup!

Summary: Positive things first: the location is fantastic and check-in / check-out went smoothly. However, the apartment is in terrible condition. The bathroom is completely full of black mould which has also expanded in to the bedroom. I felt it was impacting my health negatively. The property manager only offered to "clean" it, which they tried but obviously that did not solve the issue and I think - on the contrary - set more toxic particles free. In addition, the kitchenette was quite run-down. When I contacted them with the issues, it took them a few days to even react and only offered me to leave early - no reduction on the price of the time I'd already stayed despite the apartment not being as described on the website / being in terrible condition. The problem was, that such short notice it was impossible to find an alternative apartment to stay in central location in similar price range and it caused not only extra hassle but also health concerns during my three week holiday. Lastly, it should be noted that the apartment is quite dark as it is in the back part of the building with only 2 small windows. Overall, definitely not a satisfying stay.

Summary: A friend and I stayed here for a month and had a really lovely time! Stéphanie is the best hostess, excellent communicator and helped us with any queries or needs. The apartment is perfectly located for anything you want to do in the city, and is only 20 minutes from the train station too ! There are shops, restaurants, tram stops, and bars all within a five minute walk. It's about 500m from the river and the town centre. The apartment is sweet, has everything you need and is a great place to rest and spend time after a day out. Definitely recommend staying here and spending some time getting to know Bordeaux.

Summary: We had a great stay in Bordeaux and the apartment is in a great location. The pick up spot for the wine tasting tours is a two minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is a fine crash-pad following a day outside. The apartment is on the fifth story. Also, there is no ventilation in the bathroom and black mold rings the shower ceiling. We left two fans purchased from a local market, there is no air conditioning.

Summary: Amazing apartment, in the best area of Bordeaux, so so chic area definitely! Everything is so close, grand théâtre, beautiful boutiques, Jardín public ... wow! Stephanie is so friendly and a great hostess, can’t wait to come back to Bordeaux some day. Thank you!
