Positive: The house is very attentive and very prompt with communication. The home was lovely and very comfortable. We would love to stay here again when visiting Florida.

Negative: There weren’t many towels or washcloths, but that’s the only thing that I can say everything else was top-tier

Positive: Location was outside the city and quiet. Spacious home. Had the basics for cooking. Couch was super comfy. Large master bedroom.

Negative: The pillows were horrible. So we had to go buy our own. They were too stiff and big. So we all had kinked necks the first night. Hot water wasn't as hot as we like it and ran out pretty quickly with our family of 4 showering every night. Master bathroom shower head has got to go. No pressure and weirdly angled in a small shower. AC must be programmed by the owner. It would change on its own and the heat would randomly turn on when the AC would shut off. The cleaning staff didn't leave out towels. So when we got to the house after midnight and sweating all day in the sun, we realized there were no towels.🤦‍♀️ So we all had to bathe and dry off with paper towels the first night. So we went and bought towels the very next day. Toilet paper was 1 ply and not a full roll in the bathrooms. No extras anywhere. So we had to buy toilet paper too. There is no washer, dryer, or dish washer.
