Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: we loved the apartment it was very spacious and decorated very cute!

Negative: we arrived at the location about 5:30pm and my email said we could get keys in lobby. to find the lobby was hard as there was no address. the doors were locked so then we read signs that said to get keys in lockbox in ally. crazy! we looked and could not find. my code was long to get in box and the ones we did see took 3 or 4 codes. called my “contact person” they did not answer. had to leave a message and they never called. was able to get in when someone came out and found someone in leasing office that was able to help even though they should have been gone. finally get to our apartment. e mail said we should have welcome packet, none there! we had to figure out where to take trash, go to each floor to try to find gym, never saw a hot tub that was in the original add. very very disappointed with the way the management was handled. we go to leave and realize you can not fit the garage fab in lock box so had to back up to 9th floor to leave fab in room then back to lockbox! really not happy with the amount of communication or lack thereof. for two days a phone in one of the elevator so crazy not one person to be on property to manage when these thing happen or when people need help!!!

Summary: love the apartment but hated the management of this property!
