This home was remodeled and interior decorated with beautiful touches like modern Scandanavian furniture and lovely art. It's a large 3000 sq ft, 3 floor home away from home great for family time whether it be Boise State graduation, the holidays or. corporate need, Not only does it have a wonderful deck with fire pit, and hot tub, it sleeps 14 people! There is even a more private downstairs bed and bath with an extra kitchen. Downstairs is a phenomenal family/friend hang room with gorgeous leather couch, bar, and pool table. This is literally 5 min from airport but tucked away in a safe, residential neighborhood. Only 10 minutes to downtown, you go out to the best restaurants Boise has to offer, as well as visit the museums, and Capital. Relax and wind down in the luxurious hot tub, Or cook an amazing in the decked out kitchen full of all the cooking tools you need.

The hot tub and deck in the garden is an oasis of peace, the fun pool table and great hang out space, and phenomenal location, plus ample space for lots of guests is what they boast about.
What guests don't like: it is a remodeled home so it has a more classic feel to it. Garage can't be used for parking there is only one opener that we keep, but the driveway is huge.

Summary: Was great, however we couldn’t get into the house until after 4:30pm (due to an open house) and then we’re we’re ushered out by the cleaners (who waited for us to leave) at 10am. Didn’t feel like the communication with times was clear. Otherwise great place to stay. Perfect for what we needed. We just also needed an hour earlier and hour hour later.

Summary: Very spacious and comfortable. We were able to host all of our family for an afternoon the day before my daughter's wedding. Very easy access, only a couple miles from the airport. This was my first experience renting a whole house and had heard stories of unrealistic demands and charges from the owner. This owner provided easy to follow instructions for both check-in and check-out. No extra charges or fees. We had a great time!

Summary: Super pleased with the property, we ended up needing an earlier check in and the host was more than willing to work with us. If I had any questions or concerns the host would quickly respond. If you’re looking for a large house to comfortably hold multiple people then this is the place!

Summary: We had a great time and plenty of room for the whole family. We didnt really use the hot tub because it was cold outside but the whole family loved the pool table and we hung out together in the basement watching movies and playing pool. The hosts contacted us but unfortunately i had not been checking the VRBO so i missed communications but that is on me. Would definitely stay here again and i highly recommend this rental property.

Summary: The owners at the Catalina house were absolutely amazing. Even if the house wasn’t perfect, the communication and understanding from the owners would have made up for it! We added a pet very last minute, had a couple extra people over for dinner and pool, and the owners were super accommodating. The house was very easy to find and get into, really nice quiet location. The house was huge and had pretty much everything we needed. I would stay here again and would suggest this property and these owners to everyone.
