Summary: This stay was for our family of 17, ages 2mos-76yrs coming from MN, IA, and FL. There was adequate space and supplies of everything for everyone. Some people walked to a local dock for fishing while others walked into Arnolds Park for activities there so the location was good. The back yard was very shaded which is nice for a hot day. The four-star vs five rating was because the sofa sleepers in the listing were not the fold-out beds we expected, rather couches that a couple people slept on. This changes the number of people the house can accommodate. We had no need to contact the owner as a property manager was listed in the check-in paperwork. The Wi-fi access code was different in the paperwork versus what we received with the check-in door lock code. Small things in the scheme of things. This home was an all-around great place for our family vacation! Book it for your big group.

Summary: We had a Mom and Dad with our three daughters and all of their families for a total of eighteen people. Nine grandkids, 10-23 yrs. old. Everyone had their own space, ample seating for meals and after supper games. We had five cars and there was plenty of room for all. Very warm days and the A/C was ample. Walking distance to Arnold's Park. We'll be back!

Summary: Very comfortable, 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Kitchen, mini-kitchen, living room, mini living room, accommodated our 3 adult children, their spouses,our nine grandchildren. We enjoyed the shaded deck, shaded patio with fire ring and lawn. We are together, played games,took several walks by the lake including walking to Arnold's park.and a day on boat, and fishing at nearby dock

It was so well organized and had everything we could’ve needed from dishes, indoor/outdoor space, backyard activities, parking, etc. Peggy was great to work with! Would 100% book again in the future! Summary: Our family comes to Okoboji every 4th and we have stayed at this property several times! Great place, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! Host is awesome to work with! I highly recommend for a great time at the lake area!

Summary: This house worked out perfectly for our family to be all together under one roof. The bedrooms were nice. Enough room for everyone. The yard was nice for the children to be able to run and burn energy and everyone enjoyed being able to sit outside around the fire place. They had things in the house to use so we could cook and not have to send money eating out. They had enough plates so we didn't have to use paper plates they whole time either. We had a great time spend time together while being able to stay in Okoboji! Thank you!
