1 Bedroom Condo in Cabo Bello, Cabo San Lucas

Spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez from this oceanfront condo. 2021 complete remodel: new floors, cabinets, appliances, spa tub, tile shower, ALL NEW ! Whale watching from your patio. If you are an early riser we have amazing sunrise views. Rocky cliffs below with adjacent steps that take you to a quiet sandy beach. Very open floor plan with high ceilings that make it appear even more spacious. One and a half story stairway, so not lots of steps, but there are steps. King bed-large bath spa tub, and tile shower, and washer dryer. Well equipped kitchen. Water purification system in kitchen. Very nicely furnished inside , and out. Cabo San Lucas is about 1 1/2 miles from the resort for nightlife. There is a Fresca grocery store within walking distance. It is full service-gourmet food items, typical groceries, bakery, produce, liquor, and wine +. Walmart is approximately 1 mile away/and Costco just beyond that. There are three nice restaurants within walking distance, and the "Pool Bar" on site for light lunch/dinner menu + cocktails. Much quieter location than the downtown hotel locations as most of the units are privately owned. Beautiful pool area with swim up pool bar, and waterfall.
We are asked often about transportation. With car rental getting so expensive lots of our guests use Uber, taxis, and the busses work well for going into town. If you do rent a car there is a $ 3.50 per day parking fee that you pay to the gatekeeper. If you like doing scenic drives, and visiting other areas a car rental could be good. But, if you love enjoying the pool, and beach here on site a car rental could be a waste as you are paying for it while it sits in the parking lot. There is a shuttle service from the airport to the resort entrance.

Summary: Very nice and as pictured/described. Right on the water with private beach a few steps away. Well-equipped to comfortably settle in and enjoy. Bed linens/pillows could really use an update, but bed itself is large and comfortable. Facilities were in good shape. Location leaves the chaos of Cabo a quick Uber ride away. Limited nearby dining options. Enjoyed dinner at Puerto Vieja. The Thompson and Sunset Monalisa are both sublime if you feel like really splurging. Host communication was the least/worst I’ve ever experienced. At check-in, the unit appeared to be in the middle of cleaning. Furniture moved around, rags draped over barstools, unmade bed, etc. There was a pair of sandals and a bag of garbage by the front door, which made us think they’d be back to finish ... but when? (it was after 7pm)Contacted host through VRBO. No response. Called the listed number. Wouldn’t go through. Emailed the listed address. Undeliverable. Ended up just putting the place back together ourselves and leaving the shoes on the front steps (they were never retrieved). Host never responded until the last day of our stay. Just a short, jumbled chat message that (I think) said her VRBO app wasn’t working? Mkay. Not sure if that was her or a management company behind her profile, but it was disappointing.

Summary: We absolutely loved this condo, our only regret was that we weren’t able to stay there longer. Amazing views, and yes, whale watching too! Waking to the sound of the waves lapping the shore and watching the sunrise was just amazing! Everything we needed was there in the condo. Even on the grounds, pool bar with food choices, and down some stairs and to the left was a quiet beach with tropical fish to admire. Beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear were also available to use at this condo. Thank you Connie for sharing your beautiful condo and for your prompt responses to our questions! We hope to come back in the very near future!

Summary: Misiones ocean front is the only place we stay in Cabo. This is the first time we stayed in this particular unit. We loved it! Being on the top floor, the ceiling are high so it seems really large. The owners have taken care of everything to make it an easy vacation place. There are 2 ac units that work perfectly, there are shades on every window letting you control the lighting, the remodeled kitchen and bathroom have everything you need (the bathroom is especially nice and big!). The owner took time to put a book together with helpful information for our stay and Cabo in general. We were thrilled to stay in this unit - relaxing and perfect!
