Positive: Really modern and light. Everything was available in the kitchen. The garden and surrounding area was picturesque. Instructions good.

Negative: It was difficult to find but we did not know the area.

Positive: Kitchen facilities were great. The bathroom was clean and spacious with plenty of hot water. The beds were comfortable. The TV & Wifi worked perfectly. Everything was clean and tidy and little things like toilet rolls, bin bags, batteries which you may need were provided. Falmouth is great. Loved the shops, variety of restaurants and walks.

Negative: Initial payment could not be made via Booking.com, I had to contact Cottages.com to do so. Booking.com page showed "rejected payment" on my account during my stay. The on-site Restaurant / Bar had been closed since 31st October as it was out of season which was not publicised. We had planned to use it on New Years Eve. The settees were very uncomfortable and the downstairs heating initially took a long time to reach an adequate temperature.

Positive: Very clean, comfortable, light and airy. We'll kept grounds and a quiet location even though it was a holiday village with over 120 properties.

Negative: The location was a little too far out of Falmouth for us and Rosscarrack Road getting to the property was very narrow with very sharp bends. The electric tripped in part of the house one evening for no apparent reason but I was able to sort that out myself.
