Positive: Location was amazing, the place itself was really nice, 3 decent sized bedrooms and a lovely old style kitchen. Definitely recommend

Negative: Sofas could do with replacing as they are quite worn out.

Negative: Green outside very unkept. Weeds growing through a chair. No sun umbrella outside. All the heating was on , all wall heaters, in middle of summer!!

Summary: Lovely location, beautiful view out back- pity garden area not maintained.

Positive: Perfect location with amazing views. Three good sized rooms and one en suite. The open plan living area was perfect. We felt very cosy and loved feeling fully enclosed in Dartmoor. Lovely walks directly from the door. The kitchen was generally well equipped. We hope to be back!

Negative: The property is a little tired and there are areas of damp (various) and mould (en suite). The entrance to the parking area is very tight and one of our cars was scratched, as was another family's, who were staying in a next door property. Perhaps something can be placed on the corner of the building to protect from this. A cafetiere to make coffee would be an excellent addition.

Summary: Beautiful property and ideal location. Needs a little updating.

Positive: Superb location, great sized property with good facilities. Lovely and warm with plenty of hot water. very relaxed and comfortable. Excellent walks and views. mastered the Aga for a great Christmas feast. The fridge freezer accommodated far too munch food we brought. We said it was the best Christmas we had enjoyed for a long time.

Negative: Some people may have wanted more media facilities - we didn't and watched festive family films. The Wi-Fi worked very well. There really wasn't anything we didn't like

Positive: Loved the space, remote location, & peaceful surroundings, comfy beds & sofas, hot shower, big bath, amazing walks & views from the windows of Haytor rocks. Oh & the challenge of Aga slow cooking so be prepared to have time for this experience!

Negative: TV is not on wifi, so you can't connect you tube, etc No shower gels, tea bags, pepper & only one tea towel. These are minor things, but generally, they are in holiday homes..also checkout was 10am, thats quite early to get sorted & leave a home tidy & cleaners were waiting outside from 955am.

Summary: Away from it all, space & peace, with an Aga cooking experience!
