Positive: Easy access and bed was good. So was the shower.
Negative: Neighbour has a barking dog. Didn't get the WIFI question above but it would be good to have WIFI.

Positive: Somewhat old and simple, but spacious and with a very good supply of kitchen utensils. Quick hot water, enough towels. Warm beds and electric blankets for cold weather. Definitely the right choice to stay around this area.
Negative: No complaints. Windows are a little difficult to open. A small milk pack is provided, so it would be great to have some teabags as well. I noticed some pre-existed rubbish in the bins but this was not annoying; no smells. There is no place for your gel/soap in the shower, it would be good to install a hang-over tray or something like that.

Positive: The property was immaculately clean and easy to find. It was perfect for our stay. It was conveniently located between family we were visiting and the pub!
Negative: The shower leaked water out the bottom of the screen into the floor and the bed was rather soft

Positive: Nice spacious house with several rooms. Super clean. Easy 10 min walk into town centre. Good value.
Negative: No tea bags, no sponge to wash dishes with or brush I could find. There were a couple of stainless scourers though. I had to cycle the outdoor heater unit power to get the heater to work. There was nowhere in the shower to place your soap or shampoo. Toilet paper was super cheap stuff. International roast is horrible coffee...

Positive: The furnishings, air conditioning and appliances all appeared to be new and it was a roomy three bedroom semi-detached home which I did not expect. It is clear that a lot of time and effort has gone into making this a great place to stay.
Negative: The accommodation had not been cleaned since the last occupant left - unmade bed, used towel and washer and a dirty cup left in the bathroom! Also the shower was constantly dripping and the front and rear screen doors were ill-fitting.
Summary: With a little more attention to detail this accommodation would rate a 9 or 10.
