Summary: The property was quiet as it is out of town. They provide good wi-fi as there is no mobile phone coverage. The room itself was as advertised, but the facilities advertised in the listing clearly stated private bathroom. There was only a public bathroom which was a tin shed with a toilet cubicle & a shower cubicle in each of the men's & women's. The water to the handbasins & the drinking water taps froze overnight so there was no access to water from these taps.
