Summary: The property was as advertised. Clean, easy in and out, and in good repair. Will stay again on my way through.

Summary: This place was a complete relief to stay in. It was clean, well-maintained, quiet, and comfortable. Loved that there wasn't any carpet. The owner was really accommodating as well, providing a first floor room. Parking was right outside the door. This was the best night's sleep I've had on this trip. If I'm ever in Hawthorne again I will be staying here.

Summary: What a find! A hotel with quality construction. A real metal bath tub insted of plastic and nice ceramic tile in the shower insted of dingy plastic sheets on the walls. Jack the owner is really nice and cares about keeping his property top notch.

Summary: I believe the room was recently remodeled- everything felt new and clean. Bed was comfortable. Only criticism was the heater was very noisy and the bathroom light was connected to a noisy fan.

Summary: Pros- the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The area felt safe. Cons- noisy, throughout the evening there were loud popping noises coming from the ceiling. The heater fan was loud and cycled off and on all night.
