Positive: The location is great as it is our layover between AZ and Oregon. Very clean, well maintained. Fresh paint, friendly owner. They are pet friendly. We have stayed here at least six times and it is budget friendly, quiet, with comfortable beds. We can recommend this hotel.

Positive: Very convenient location for a road trip pit stop. Dog friendly. Very thankful for the fridge and microwave. Love that it's not a chain hotel.

Negative: Couldn't get the sound to work on the TV.

Positive: Comfortable bed, full size fridge, large room.

Negative: Room was stiflingly hot and the AC struggled to cool it down. Previous person's soap in the shower... Re booking - booking.com offered a twin Queen room but I wanted a King. Said that a King room wouldn't fit my party (of 2...) I booked King anyway, but I thought that was strange.
