Positive: Great place for a large family. Beautiful views and only a 10 minute drive into Haworth. The staff were fantastic and provide plenty of information ahead of your stay. Would definitely recommend.

Positive: The property was really well equipped. The hot tub was immaculately clean with stunning views over the valley and viaduct. The cinema/games room was excellent, and we were really impressed with the cinema screen and surround sound. The house had plenty of everything you need such as plates and glasses etc.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: Lovely house which was perfect for our annual reunion with friends.

Positive: The views were stunning from the house. The lay out of the house means there’s plenty of space for everyone to sit and spend time together. The facilities were excellent and the hosts communicated really well throughout our entire stay. The property was clean and everything we needed was provided. The bedrooms had both blinds and curtains which was excellent for blocking out light in the mornings.

Negative: For a property which can sleep 12 the 2 parking spaces were not sufficient meaning we had to park on the road which wasn’t a huge problem but not so convenient as the road is quite bendy so had some blinds spots with cars coming very fast. Sound does transmit through rooms as it’s a new build property but it is manageable.

Summary: A wonderful stay with the most beautiful views.

Negative: We had a problem with the lock which caused some inconvenience but this was sorted out as quickly as could be expected.

Positive: It was lovely, the spec of the home was amazing! The hosts were fast to respond to any queries we had. The views of the landscape were phenomenal and sunsets. The kitchen / living space was versatile and we used it all day with the bifold doors and the cinema room watching sport on was brilliant! We had one issue whilst we were at the property, a leak but the hosts were fast to assure us that someone was on it! We were a group of a 11 and the bathroom situation was never a problem having a loo on every floor is a brilliant idea! We couldn’t recommend it enough! And don’t forget the Brucey bonus of a hot tub

Negative: Parking isn’t the best outside the property, but Station Rd, a minutes walk from the property is accommodating and you can see your vehicle in places on that road from the back of the property.
