Positive: Location was great. Overlooking the Deschutes river. We could hera the rapids from the deck. Very relaxing. Nice bedroon with a small deck. Bathroom with a shower and spa tub, large enough for two. Well stocked kitchen. Laundry facilities, including soap. Nice place to walk.

Negative: Not enough wash clothes and the towels were ok, but worn.

Summary: Wonderful stay. Exceeded our expecations and we really did not want to leave.

Positive: This place is wonderfully located with a view to the Deschutes River which is within walking distance. The property was well maintained and amazingly clean. It was nicely appointed and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The two decks overlooking the river were great places to relax, read and listen to the sounds of the river.

Negative: We initially had some difficulty with the entry keypad. It was a little temperamental but was resolved after a phone call. As the windows that overlook the river have an eastern exposure, the morning sunlight is stunning but with it, it exposes the cleanliness or lack thereof of the window. They could use a little attention.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the wonderful accommodations and natural setting.

Positive: It was quiet and restful. Nicely supplied with sleeping and kitchen necessities. Beautiful view.

Negative: Since most of us were older, the multiple stairs to and from the unit were a bit of a challenge. * The door codes for entry were a pain in the rear. We had to get 3 different codes before one would finally work. It was frustrating when we had arms full of items trying to gain entry into the unit. Had to contact you for a new code on three different occasions. ** I was disappointed the unit didn't have a hot tub available. Each unit on both sides of us had a hot tub. For some reason I was thinking our unit was supposed to have a hot tub too.
