Summary: We had a family of 17 ranging in ages from 2-71. It had 3 gathering areas and plenty of spacious bedrooms for all of us. Plenty of parking as well. I highly recommend this space for larger gatherings!

Summary: We rented this home for our family of 15. We had plenty of space to sleep and hang out - with room to spare! We loved that there were three separate places to hang out - one on each floor. That worked particularly well for grandkids wanting to play and watch kid movies, guys wanting to watch the games, and women wanting to cook and watch Christmas movies! The location was great – so nice to hop on the walking path or make a quick drive to the butte parking lot and hike the butte in Eagle Crest. We also appreciated that the dining table accommodated ALL of us. That was an unexpected treat! The furnishings and bedding were all very comfortable and tasteful. The owners were great communicators and very responsive. We would definitely rent this home again for our family.
