This beautiful condo has been remodeled with the best of everything. It is a one bedroom, one and a half bathend unit with a king bed with a very high-end mattress. This spectacular condo has a breathtaking ocean-sunset view from the lanai, one of the best on the entire island. Amenities include a deluxe fully equipped kitchen with beautiful cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The large bedroom features a king bed, tropical décor and furniture. The living room has been tastefully decorated with a sectional sofa sleeper and dining that looks out over the ocean and the valley. There is also a dining set on the lanai for turtle watching or enjoying some of the best sunsets in the world. The unit has two TV’s, air conditioning, front loading washer and ventless dryer, beach equipment and everything else that you need for your stay in paradise including free WIFI. The complex has a pool, hot tub, beachside bar-b-que area, secure off-street parking and many more amenities. The Hawaiian Princess is about a 20 minute drive to the new Disney Resort and the Marriott where there are several upscale restaurants. Pearl Harbor is about 30 minutes from the condo.

Summary: Absolutely perfect! The location is away from the tourist areas, so it has a very relaxed vibe. It is a beautifully appointed condo, tastefully decorated with care and attention. All the furniture is very comfortable and beautiful. Well maintained. Kitchen is well organized and prepared for those who love to cook (me!). Instructions for access to, and use of all the amenities of the condo and complex were clear and complete. We are very low maintenance people and the host was exactly what we love. They clearly communicated in a timely manner prior to our trip and without us having to ask for information. Inside the unit, the host provided a book with all the details of how to use things, wifi access, nearby restaurants, emergency contacts and how to leave the unit on check-out. So, if I had a question, I just checked the book. We were not inundated with phone calls, emails, and follow-ups, that we didn't want or need. We knew someone would be there if we needed them, but they left us alone to enjoy our trip. On our first night we used the pull out couch instead of the master bed, because we wanted to sleep closest to the ocean (we love the sound of the waves). The pull-out was so comfortable, we ended up sleeping there for the majority of our trip. Sunsets were amazing! I can not say enough great things about our stay. This unit was perfect, the host was perfect, the location was perfect. LOVE!

Summary: This was a beautiful unit with an unbelievable balcony view of a mostly private beach. It was tastefully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen that was perfect for cooking. The bed was comfortable and there was always enough hot water and water pressure, even for multiple showers per day. It was a magical location where the sound of the surf could be heard all the time. There were plenty of towels and all kinds of extras not usually found in rentals. The owners even provided beach chairs, blankets, umbrellas, and toys. The location is on the west side of the island about an hour from the busy and touristy parts. There are gorgeous sunsets every night from barely used local beaches (or the balcony!), locally owned grocery stores and eateries, and local organic farms. This was our favorite rental unit in many years of travel.

Summary: This place is so beautiful. It’s perfectly decorated , very clean and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Now let’s talk about the views. What can I say, simply gorgeous.I mean that’s why you go to Hawaii for perfect getaway home with ocean view. The beach is somewhat private, we didn’t see many people there. If you don’t like the crowd then this is for you. Area wise , it’s ok . Not much to do around other than just going to the beach. Few restaurants are there with decent food. Overall we had a really great trip. Very relaxing to watch the sunsets everyday either on the beach or on the lanai.

Summary: This was a wonderful stay for our anniversary. The condo was immaculate with clear instructions for things and simple check out tasks. Property felt very secure on arrival. I would recommend grocery shopping closer to Honolulu as options get limited. The drive out feels off the grid a bit but is 100% worth it.

Summary: We had the absolute pleasure of renting this beautiful condo on the beach for 2 weeks. It had everything we needed and more. The interior of the condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with breathtaking views from the lanai and all windows/walk-outs. Ken was very quick to respond to any questions during our booking and even let us use the beach chairs/umbrella beyond our check out time on our last day. Mahalo for an incredible family vacation with many wonderful memories!

Summary: This condo is beautiful. It's view is terrific. You do drive along homeless camps to arrive (Waimea area), but there was zero anxiety for my wife and I. We shopped at a local grocery store and ate at multiple restaurants, with no concerns. It is a 30-45 minute drive to get almost anywhere, but you should expect this to get away from the Capitals population. Highly recommend this condo for a quiet, Hawaiian stay. Beach is practically private!!!!!! Thanks Ken, we had a wonderful stay.
