Positive: Everything he even allowed us to deep fry our turkey for Thanksgiving that really meant a lot to my family and I most places won't allow it because it's considered smoking, and thats insane.

Negative: Had a very steep driveway which made it difficult for my 89 year old mother in law get out of the car. There was no access to the garage, which would have made getting into the house much easier.
