Positive: The location- very close to good pub and not far from shops. The fact it was big enough for large group to be together. Great facilities provided- plenty toilet roll and things like salt, oil etc were available. Cookware ample and loved the aga keeping you warm. Plenty parking for us all. Great showers. Very thorough welcome pack.

Negative: Maybe comfier seating in kitchen for more people as this was our main gathering area. A few people said their beds were a bit uncomfortable. I was in master and bed there was very comfortable. A radio or speakers in kitchen and living room so music can be played. Not really big things. We really enjoyed the house

Positive: A group of us stayed at this beautiful property set in a stunning location just a short walk from Aboyne local shops pubs and restaurants. The entire house was spotless, each bedroom sizeable as befits a house of this era with all individually and tastefully decorated. It was perfect for our larger group and would also be great for family get togethers with its large, comfortable and superb very well equipped communal areas

Negative: Only 2 minor things,The name on the outside didn't represent the name of the booking,on the booking it was haven retreat,at the house it was springdale plus log burner fire in the living room,the smoke and smell was quite strong
