Positive: Everything, Marco has thought of every little touch, from hairdryers through to music in the bar area along with disco lights if you want a little party. The jacuzzi was amazing and not overlooked. It’s just perfect!

Positive: Marco was a fantastic host and very welcoming, met us in person and showed us around the property and explained how to use everything! Marco also came to see us before our departure. Marco mentioned a couple of nice restaurants ( he was correct it was lush).

Positive: Inside, the property was dream. It made us smile whenever we returned. The attention to detail was stunning. It has been one of the most rememberable properties we have stayed in.

Negative: We liked the bar area; the coffee machine was amazing. I will need to list all the things we liked! The bedrooms sizes, the amenities, the sauna, the hot tub, the ability to do laundry, the PS5 to keep my son entertained, the list could go on!

Positive: We connected with Marco straight after having confirmed our booking, and he was very attentive and caring and shared lots of recommendations of restaurants, day trips and much more. Marco met us on arrival and did a detailed tour of the property and kept in touch throughout our stay. The property is amazing and was the perfect bolthole in Como and within walking distance of all restaurants and the lake. My 6 year old daughter loved it and it was the perfect spot for a relaxing 5 days away to reset from a busy life within beautiful surroundings. We would return again for sure.

Negative: The property was the most amazing holiday booking and I can't fault it. The only downside is that we didn't stay any longer than we did.

Summary: Don't hesitate - just book it. Best property in Como and worth every penny.

Positive: We had a wonderful experience here. From when we walked in we fell in love with the place (and the halloween decorations). The jacuzzi was our favourite part of the place. We also loved the private bar, we had fun making our drinks. The host, Marco, was extremly friendly and helpful. He showed us around the loft and explained how everything worked. He also gave us lots of recommendations for fun things to do in Como. We can’t wait to come back here, hopefully next year <3

Positive: The house: This is the most incredible house I've ever stayed in. It's designed to have everything you could possibly imagine. There's a wonderful hot tub, a full bar, a professional coffee maker that makes incredible coffee, the shower is wonderful, and the steam is very relaxing. Everything in the house is of the highest quality (e.g., every room has a Dyson hairdryer). The host pays close attention to detail (even leaving rose petals for you to use in the bathtub and food for your breakfast). The house is extremely beatiful and useful, besides beeing close to everything; you won't need a car for anything. You will also have a beautiful area specifically for cigars, in the same room there is a PlayStation and TV. Believe me, this house is worth every penny. The host: Marco is an amazing host. He pays attention to every detail, responds promptly, and does everything he can to make you feel at home. He's extremely helpful and polite, and very friendly! He explains how to use the entire house to your advantage so you have a 100% enjoyable stay. Thank you for everything Marco, it was a great pleasure to meet you and we can’t wait to came back!
