Positive: The facility was very clean and good size.Building is located close to many places. Owners are very nice and speak English well. Is located down a quiet alley way no problem with noise. Not a problem but to mention as many hotels in Vietnam don’t have an elevator. With backpack okay but roller might slow you down. Having said that stairs are very wide and there are landings . So not difficult. Enjoy ps be sure to contact before arrival for door/ lock box codes

Summary: Lang Son quite a nice Vietnamese city. Little tourism so you get the real Vietnam vibe. Hava Hous just adds to that .

Positive: Hard bed felt very good.

Negative: It was December under the mountains, I wish to heat up the room a little, but the AC couldn't do it, hair fan was not present, so I was at least showering the inner wall with hot water. The parking of bike was a little harder to do, but staff was helpful and bike was behind locked doors.

Positive: nice and quite just set off the main road down an alleyway but no problems getting in with motorbike,perfect little stop over to which way your going in north Vietnam..

Negative: just a missed communication about how to leave early,because they had locked the roller door and didn't tell me how to open it,so i was 1 hr late to leave...they need to put an instruction note under the controls
